He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Edward and Betty Belle Scovel (Harman); his daughter Amanda Hollingshead; his sister Barbara Sherrill; and his in-laws, Leo and Mary Gokey.
He is survived by: his wife Joanie Scovel; his children, Candy Grider (Kendall Green) of Tecumseh, Autumn Munier (Brian) of Tecumseh, Charli Scovel (Bayler Fowler) of Tecumseh, Montana Scovel of Tecumseh, Rayshawn Wilson of Tecumseh and Cheyenne Scovel of New Mexico; his grandchildren, Skylar Hathorn, Hunter Hathorn, Ryder Scovel, Jaycee Munier, Payton Munier, Kash Hollingshead and Eli Hollingshead; and his sister Brenda Ballou (Charley) of Tecumseh.
