Woodard (Tecumseh, Oklahoma), born in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, who passed away on March 30, 2024, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Henry Allen Woodard and Nancy Fay Woodard (Britton); and his sisters, Nancy Jo Gallaway and Judy Roberts. He is survived by : his wife Falba; his daughters, Glenna Westbrook (Jason) of Norman, OK and Elicia Gingrich (Stacy) of Shawnee, OK; his grandsons, Ethan Gingrich (Morgan) of Amarillo, TX and Cody Gingrich (Hayli) of Williamston, SC; his great grandchild Hallie Gingrich of Amarillo, TX.; his brother Leonard Woodard (Louise) of Del City; and his brother-in-law Wesley Gallaway. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins.
