She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilfred Kelso Gillenwater Sr. and Minnie Lou Gillenwater (Davis); her husband Wayne Trotter; and her siblings, Wilfred Kelso Gillenwater Jr. and Karen Wilks Gordon (Gillenwater).

She is survived by: her son Greg Trotter (Sabrina); her sister Lisa Margaret Wilson (Dolan); her granddaughters, Erica Brittney Speers (Devin), Cynthia Gwen Cooper (Clayton) and Elizabeth Coppak; and her great grandchildren, Aiden Speers, Leo Speers, Arya Cooper and Oliver Cooper.
