It is with sadness that the passing of Howard Burnett (Tecumseh, Oklahoma) is shared. Howard, born on April 12, 1935 in Paoli, Oklahoma, passed away on October 13, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Howard will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around him. He was predeceased by: his grandmother Eva Burnett; his mother Lavene Doverspike; his son Steve Burnett; his great grandchild Claire Ashley Dossett; and his daughter-in-law Tracy Burnett.
He is survived by: his wife Jo Burnett; his children, Cindy Sealy of Shawnee, Ron Burnett of Glencoe and Kristi Lauck (Terry Lauck) of Tecumseh; and his daughter-in-law Debbie Burnett of Owasso. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and thirteen great-grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Cooper Funeral Home Chapel (210 W Walnut St, Tecumseh, OK 74873).
