He is survived by : his wife Carol West; his children, Donald, Anthony West of Earlsboro, Adam West of Lexington, Elena Philbrick of Grove, OK and Laverne Turner of Antelope, California; and his brothers, Orville West of Kansas and George West of Meeker, OK. He is also survived by his 15 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren.
