He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert George Tipton Sr. and Pharabe Jane Tipton (Dunham); and his grandparents, Robert S. and Ruth Ann Tipton. He is survived by: his wife Virginia Ann Tipton (Hollon); his daughters, Vicky Lee Tipton of Shawnee, Theresa Louise Tipton (Eduard Bar) of Shawnee and Tammy Renee'Wicker (Kevin Wicker) of Tecumseh; and his siblings, Dee Ann Negahnquet of Denton, TX, David Bryan Tipton of Anderson, TX and Richard Warren (Theresa Tipton) of Vinita, Oklahoma. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and one great-grand child.
