He is survived by: his wife Carol Jean Worsham; his daughter Kathy; his son-in-law Keith Jennings of Lawton; his son Robert; his daughter-in-law Valerie Hale of Temple; his grandchildren, Bridget Matlock of Tuttle, OK, RyLee Hale, Konner Hale and Karington Hale of Temple; and his great grandchildren, Addison Tompkins and LaRynn Matlock. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
