He is survived by: his daughter Lesley Lewis (Geoffrey); his grandchildren, Kaitlyn Alaniz (Gronewold), Jon, Kayla Lewis, Lindsey Lewis, Clayton Lewis, Kaitlyn Lindeman and AvahLyn Lawson; his great grandchildren, Cecelia, Turner Jack Alaniz and Hunter Lindeman; his sister Jan Barbe; and his nieces, Stephanie Hale (Rob), Randen A. Holder, Synder Olivia Holder, Sawyer and Hale.
