She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank J. Ogan and Mary Ogan (Edens); and her brother Billy Ogan. She is survived by: her husband Mertis; her aunt Barbara Ogan of Weatherford, Oklahoma; and her niece Cherry Moore (Georgia) of Cartersville.
In lieu of flowers memorials in memory of Judy can be given to Victory Center or Medical Center League House.
