He was predeceased by : his parents, Worth Gore and Maycle Almenia Gore (Royse); his wife Beverly June Meredith; his son Sherman Gore; and his siblings, Almenia Huddleston, Jack Gore, Guy Gore, Mike Gore, Howard Gore, Leroy Gore, Pauline Smith, Jewel Renner, Lucille Ingle, Billy Wayne Gore and Ray Gore.

He is survived by : his children, Kimberly Hancock of Texhoma, Robert Gore of Elk City, Patty Lawrence of Pocola and Kristy Gore-Leibowitch of Texhoma, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Cody, Casey, Cassie, Summer, Sherman Jr., Jonathan, Nathan and Logan; his great grandchildren, McKenzie, Alex, Rae and Joe; his great great grandchildren, Ava and Zaylynn; and his siblings, Ola Mae Rhoden, Perry Gore, Jerry Gore, Mary Farmer-Wiebe and Billy Don Oldaker.
