Fred Cawthorne Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Fred Cawthorne of Tipton, Oklahoma, who passed away on July 7, 2025 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Isabel Catherine Cawthorne (Snyder) and Hugh Stockman Cawthorne; and his son David. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Harris; his children, Marty Robins, Bruce Evans, Tony Cawthorne, Fred Robins, Kathy Villa and Patti Muth; his sister Marilyn Russell (C. L.) of Rogers, Arkansas; his sibling's children, Catherine Grubbs and William "Trip" Binford; and his grandson James Hose.
Viewing was held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, July 11th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Tipton Funeral Home (220 E Main St, Tipton, OK 73570). A funeral service was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the First Baptist Church (300 E Davis Ave, Tipton, OK 73570). A burial was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 at 3:30 PM at the Tipton Municipal Cemetery.
