He was predeceased by: his parents, William Carl and Minerva Rosabell Duncan (McDaniel); his son Henry Charles Lawrence; his siblings, Loyd Duncan, Lynn Duncan, John Duncan, Carl Lee Duncan, Lonnie Duncan, Charles Duncan, Jerry Duncan, William Dee Duncan, Ruth Lemmond, Sue Penny and Rose Smith; and also Robert Richie Duncan.
He is survived by: his children, Tommy Lynn Duncan of Tishomingo, Oklahoma and Rose Ann Duke (Kenny) of Tipton; and his brother Jessie Duncan (Janet) of Tishomingo, Oklahoma. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and several great grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.
