He is survived by: his wife Sherry Upton; his daughter Pamela Upton Lee (Joe) of Newcastle, Oklahoma; his brother Bob Upton of Las Vegas; his grandsons, BJ Lee (Tara) of Madison and Ethan Lee of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; his great grandchild Lillith Bishop Lee of Madison, Wisconsin.; and his nieces and nephews, Gayla Gilbert Cellum of Tishomingo, Paul Gilbert of Tishomingo, Bryant Upton of Tishomingo and Brooke Upton Pinkston of Sherman. He is also survived by seven great-nieces and great-nephews.
