It is with sadness that the passing of Leona Mae Wilson of Tishomingo, Oklahoma is shared. Leona, born on May 2, 1930 in Connerville, Oklahoma, passed away on September 13, 2026. Leona will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around her. She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. Jesse Imotichey and Lizzie Imotichey (Wesley); her children, Jackie "Jinx" Wilson and Vickie Wilson; her sister Wanda Faye Poe (J. C.); and her daughter-in-law Sharon Wilson.
She is survived by: her children, Leona, Paul "Rusty" Wilson, Richard "Rick" Wilson (Emma), Sharon "Tooter" Poe (David) and Cathy Henry (Fred). She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 38 great-grandchildren, and 20 great-great-grandchildren; along with a host of nieces, nephews, extended family members, friends.
A funeral service was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Temple of God Connerville.
