He was predeceased by: his sister Sharon Turpin; his parents, Anna Marie and John D. Turpin; and his grandparents, James and Mary Lunney.
He is survived by: his brother Henry McFarlin; his wife Carol Sue Turpin; his children, David Turpin, Deborah Robinson and Joshua Turpin; and his siblings, Tim Turpin and Eddie Turpin.
