“May, 2021. Just now found this notice. My condolences and prayers for Alfred Lee. I served aboard ship with him for over three years, and considered him a great friend. So sorry I didn’t follow up after we left the Navy, and keep in touch. If his family reads this, just know he was a helluva fine person. Mischevious, fun loving, kinda quiet till we could get a drink, then a good time was had by all. Fair winds, and following seas, my friend, until our reunion topside. Don Schodts”
