He was predeceased by: his father Andrew Jackson Floyd II; and his children, Jamie Floyd and Curtis Floyd. He is survived by: his mother Margaret Floyd (Bates) of Tulsa, OK; his wife Glenda Floyd of Tulsa, OK; his children, Andrew Jackson Floyd IV of Adair, OK and Jodie Floyd of Adair, OK; and his siblings, David (Brenda Floyd) of Knoxville, TN, Bill Floyd (Dianne) of Tulsa, OK, Mary Lou Dicks of Tulsa, OK and Ellen Floyd of Eufaula, OK. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends.
