She was predeceased by: her parents, James Henderson and Roxie Henderson; her husband Richard Choate (Dick); and her siblings, James Henderson, Jack Henderson and Pat Joyce.
She is survived by: her children, Pam Sasser (Joe) and Rick Choate; and her grandchildren, Andy Choate, Danny Choate (Sara), Amanda Williams (Sterling), Jennifer Moya (Edgar) and Kylie Harris (Zac). She is also survived by her great-grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.
