He is survived by: his son Waylan Broom; his siblings, Gilbert Negrete and Rosa Zivec; his wife Socorro Elva Negrete; and his siblings, Raymundo, Elvia, Ofelia, Alicia, Lupe, Paula and Frankie. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
