With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Arthur Eugene Humphrey of Tulsa, Oklahoma, who passed away on September 24, 2020 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Lillie Leligh Taylor (Rogers) and James Humphrey; his wife Martha Humphrey; his son Joe Humphrey; and his siblings, Jim Humphrey, Joe Taylor and Janie Holzheimer.

He is survived by : his daughter Tammy Stout (David); his grandchildren, Jesse Stout, Nathaniel Stout, Rickey Humphrey and Ryan Humphrey; and his sisters, Shirley Carpenter, Betty Richardson and Gay Lynn Wilson (Humphrey). He is also survived by thirteen great grandchildren.
