He was predeceased by: his parents, Ivan Leroy Mills and Audrey Josephine Nordyke Mills; his sisters, Judith Kay Mantzke and Paula Marlene Campbell; and his son Jason Mills.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Mills; his children, Steven Mills, Mark Mills of Duncan, Oklahoma and April Ransom of Chicago, Illinois; and his siblings, George Mills (Judi) of Sapulpa, Marty Mills (Vickie) of Wagoner, Oklahoma, Betty Clark of Hugoton and Nancy Wriston of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
The family requests in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the family for the purchase of a headstone.
