She was predeceased by: her parents, James Euclid and Margurette Lucille McKinnis (Leach); and her husband Eugene Chapman. She is survived by: her daughters, Leigh Jennings and Lynn Berklacy of Tulsa, OK; her son-in-law Dr. Steven Berklacy; her grandchildren, Amanda Jennings, Lara Jennings, Steven Berklacy II and Allyson Berklacy Domian (Tim); and her great grandchildren, Annika Jennings Solt, Skyler Jennings Solt, Blaire Berklacy, Davis Domian, Andrew Domian and Dr. Victor Neal.
