She is survived by: her husband Book Affair; her grandchildren, Stormi Wilkins of Tulsa, Shailyn Lake of Tulsa, Oklahoma and Mikey Hamilton of Tulsa Oklahoma; her great grandchildren, Alexander Lake, Selena Wilkins, Miguel Wilkins, Stormi Palizada Wilkins, José Palizada Wilkins and Pamela Palizada Wilkins; and her siblings, Joyce Cypert (Bill) of Coweta, Oklahoma and Martin Holcomb (Jeannie) of Warrington, Missouri. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and many dear friends.
