He was predeceased by: his parents, Ben D Fuqua and Edith Mae Fuqua; his wife Janis Fuqua; his brother John; his siblings-in-law, Elizabeth Fuqua and Bob Dunn; and his son-in-law Aaron Farris.
He is survived by: his children, Allyson, Scott Nicholson, Alicia Farris and Matt Stevens of Skiatook, OK.; his grandchildren, David, Courtney Nicholson, Tyler, Hannah Nicholson, Rowdy Farris, Dylan, Lynia Farris, Maci and Mattox Stevens; his great grandchildren, Calvin and Wade Nicholson; his grandchildren, Dean and Drew Farris; his sister Cindy Dunn of Murray, KY; and his sisters-in-law, Pat Andrus of Sanford, NC and Jan Andrus of Orlando, FL. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
