She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Marion Zickefoose and Lela Alice Zickefoose (Lord); her husband Rex Bales; her brothers, Gary Zickefoose and Bruce Zickefoose; and her son-in-law Todd Johnson.
She is survived by: her children, Brian Bales (Linda) and Amy Johnson; and her grandchildren, Dylon Powell (Tiffany), Bryce Bales, Brianna Johnson, Alyssa Bales, Blake Kelsey, Reagan Johnson, Zach Johnson (Payyton) and Laurie Johnson. She is also survived by nine great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Book Hotel Cognizant Church (4050 Southwest Blvd, Tulsa, OK 74107).
