He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Harlow Barrett and Ella Mae Barrett (Wallace); his sister Lawanda; his brother-in-law Kenneth Burger; and his brother Robert Barrett.
He is survived by: his children, Dana Thetford (Leon Goff), Connie (Steve Fitzgerald), Ted (Susan Barrett) and Tamra (Robert Winter). He is also survived by nine grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
