She was predeceased by: her parents, Lucille Maner (Blackwell) and Jess Maner; her husband G. Blaine Smith; her son Ken; and her siblings, Virginia, Virgil, Florence, David, Gene, Delma, Charlie, Walter, Louise and Clifford.

She is survived by: her sons, Larry (Jan), Jim (Tina) and Greg (Angela); her daughter-in-law Brenda; and her siblings, Wayne, Ray, Jack (Pat), Shirley (Carl) and Jesse. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren.
