He is survived by: his wife Sandra; his daughter Michelle Kerr; his son-in-law Barry Kerr; his daughter Crystal Fields; his brother Jimmy Fields; and his nieces and nephews, Larry Baker, James Fields, Lonna Burkhardt, Stephanie McClary and Melissa Lester.
