He is survived by: his wife Karen; his daughters, Pam Greene, Teresa Jackson (Lori) and Lori Chlouber; his grandchildren, Ryan, Chris Greene, Blake and Caitlin Chlouber; his great grandchildren, Paizlee, Presley Greene and Weston Gaghins; and his siblings, Mary Maddox and Larry Kelley.
