She is survived by: her husband Brad Lewark; her daughters, Tanya Nelson (Polacca) and Bobbie Aviles (Polacca); her grandchildren, Joshua Fixico, Angel Nelson, Darryl Polacca, Charles Polacca, Martika Johnson and Syrena Polacca; her great grandchildren, Oliver, Nayeli, Bradley, Khali, Adriel, Eli, Zoey and Chloe; and her cousin Liling James. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of other relatives and friends.
