He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Bertrem and Hazel Bertrem; and his brothers, Alvin, Chester, Lee, James and Floyd Bertrem.
He is survived by: his wife Sue Bertrem; his children, Linda Blair of Arcadia, OK and Jeff Bertrem; his grandchildren, Zane (Jamie), Emma Blair, Hannah, Abigail and Nate Bertrem; and his great grandchild Sebastian Blair.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations be made to the American Heart Association in Brad's memory.
