He was predeceased by: his parents, Jess J. Thompson and Claire Jean Thompson (Price); and his sister Kerry Thompson. He is survived by: his wife Janet Hare Thompson; his daughter Janell Woods (Matt); his grandchildren, Dalton Baumann, Channing Baumann and Griffin Woods; his son Wade Thompson; and his sisters, JoClee Bush of Tulsa and Margo Hudelson of Tulsa. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 23rd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Stanleys Funeral Home (3959 E 31st St, Tulsa, OK 74135). A graveside service will be held on Monday, November 24th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Glen Abbey Cemetery.
