He was predeceased by: his brother Jeffrey Adam Booth; and his stepfather Jack Wallace. He is survived by: his wife Deborah K. Booth; his children, Jeff, Josh, Nikki and Zoe; his adoptive children, Philip, Tina, Tyler, Jake, Mina, George and Brandon; his parents, Vicki Wallace and David Booth (Rebecca); his siblings, Brett Booth (Karen) and Katie Conklin (George); and his close friend Grand Master Uptown Funk.
