He is survived by: his father Dr. James Frank Marr; his wife Esther Loraine Baldwin Marr; his mother Esther Marr; his sister Celia; his brother-in-law Rick Springer; his nephew Devin Springer (Heather Borland); his niece Kyra Johnson (Ryan); his great-niece Jemma Johnson; and his daughters, Kelsey Anne Marr and Grace Elizabeth Marr. He is also survived by his father and is survived by many friends and family.
