He was predeceased by: his parents, Imogene Baldwin (Haskett) and Carol Don Baldwin. He is survived by: his daughter Jessica Ley; his son-in-law Tyler Ley; his grandchildren, Ethan of Stillwater and Isabel Ley of Stillwater; his friend Diana Bordier of Tulsa; and his siblings, Karen Moore of Stillwater, Teresa Boyles (Matt) of Perkins, David Baldwin (Lisa) of Stillwater and Richard Baldwin (Sandy) of Stillwater. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grand-nieces and grand-nephews, cousins, and many friends.
