It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carl Eugene Rupe of Tulsa, Oklahoma, who passed away on December 16, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Roy Rupe and Velma Irene Rupe; and his brothers, Bob Rupe, Lee Rupe and Jimmy Rupe.

He is survived by: his wife Wanda Lea Rupe (Wiseley); his brother John Rupe of Skiatook, OK.; his sister-in-law Wilma "Junie" Nunley of Broken Arrow, OK.; his grandchild Ryan Rupe; and his great grandchildren, Roman Rupe and Aspen Rupe.
