He was predeceased by: his wife Janelle Megee Neal; and his son Steve Neal. He is survived by: his children, Terry Neal (Jan) of Amarillo, Texas and Jennifer Dowd of Tulsa, Oklahoma; and his sister Ruth Wood of Chicago, Illinois. He is also survived by five grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
