It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol Ann Franczyk (Tulsa, Oklahoma), who passed away on May 7, 2026, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, George Dunn and Dorthy Dunn; her husband Phillip Franczyk; and her brother Robert Dunn. She is survived by: her children, Lance Franczyk, Kelly Goza and Brian Franczyk; and her siblings, Debra Keller and Charles Dunn.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 15th 2026 from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM at the Fitzgerald Southwood Chapel (3612 E 91st St, Tulsa, OK 74137). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 16th 2026 at 9:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, May 16th 2026 at 9:30 AM at the same location.
