She is survived by: her children, Rhonda Mooney of Cleveland and Alvin Johnson of Osage, Oklahoma; her grandchildren, Jason Cavin of Cleveland and Jolene Mooney of Cleveland, Oklahoma; and her great grandchildren, Jayce Cavin, Bryce Cavin and Darius Mooney. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
