She is survived by: her children, Michael Steele of Chicago, Lisa Nelson (Chris) of Hominy and Cory Steele (Carrie) of Kansas, Oklahoma; and her grandchildren, Aspen Nelson, Haven Nelson, Talon Nelson, Seneca Steele and Shawnee Steele.
The family requests that donations be made in Carolyn's memory to Leach First Baptist Church.
