He was predeceased by: his parents, John Stacy and Ethel Stacy; his wife Deanna Fay Stacy (Ward); and his siblings, Carl Stacy, Freddy Stacy, Paskel Stacy, James Stacy, Vivian Peace, Irene Downs, Wanda Stacy, Lecil Stacy, Effie Stacy and Rachel Stacy.
He is survived by: his children, Johnny Stacy of Nowata, OK and Alana Owens (Phillip) of Nowata, OK.; his brothers, Vernon Stacy and JB Stacy (Norma Peace); and his brother-in-law Dennis Ward of Coweta, OK.. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
