She is survived by: her husband Pat; her children, Richard Ellington (Tammy) of Midlothian, Texas and Veronica Welcher (Larry) of Alvarado, Texas; her siblings, Maureen Kowalcky of Freemont, California, Leon Arlt of Villa Park, Virginia Pearson of San Jose, Thomas Arlt of Las Vegas, Douglas Arlt of Vista and Dolores Sullivan of Gallup; and her grandchildren, Gavin Ellington, Abigail Ellington, Lillith Ellington and Maddie Ellington. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
The family has requested memorial donations be made in honor of Cecilia to the American Cancer Society or a charity of your choice.
