He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Henry Bala and Betsy Ann Bala of Tulsa; and his granddaughter Emily Conatzer (Dana Jean Bala). He is survived by: his children, Shannan Galarneau (David), Galarneau and Christopher Conatzer; and his grandchildren, Matthew Broam, Lucy Conatzer and Aaron Arter.
