He was predeceased by: his parents, Stella Mae (Keely) and Vincent D. Creveling; and his siblings, Kaye Hamm (Carl) and Duane Creveling (Patsy). He is survived by: his wife Jan Wagner Creveling; his children, Pilar Bleakley of Dallas, TX and Chad Creveling of Tulsa, OK; his stepchildren, Jamee Briggs (John) of Evergreen, CO, Abby Stewart (David) of Lakewood, CO, Hallie Lorimer (Doug) of Laguna Niguel, CA and Ben Thompson (Kat) of West Orange, NJ.; his grandchildren, Jackson, Miles, Caroline, Lucy, Zoe, Tyler, Henry, Walker, Ashton, Neilly, Thomas, Douglas, Hudson and Tala; and his caregivers, Susie, Ceci, Dr. Hubner and Dr. Klos.
A celebration of life will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the First Presbyterian Church (709 S Boston Ave, Tulsa, OK 74119).
