As Charles John departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Charles John may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Charles John leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Edward Chappel and Lizzie Ellen Smith. He is survived by: his daughter Amanda Chappel Kennedy; his sons-in-law, Brian Kennedy (Becky Chappel Rice) and Brad Rice; and his grandchildren, Holden, Hannah Kennedy, Noah and Jax Rice.
