It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Moore (Tulsa, Oklahoma), born in Cleburne, Texas, who passed away on April 10, 2018, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Penny Moore; his sister Mary Byrd of Whitney; and his children, Rebecca Moore, James Moore, Billy Joe Moore, Amanda Sue Brown (Michael Brown) and Constance Latosha Marie Lewis. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
