He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Sparks and Beverly Sparks; his brother Jerry Sparks; and his daughters, Tami Clarke and Pam Fox.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Nick, Phil, Kandace Clarke, Sunni, Abby, Drew, Scarlett Sparks, Chloe, Laurel, Anabelle, Corbin and Savannah; his wife Marilyn Ross; and his sons, Todd (Judith Sparks) and Randy (Julie Sparks).
