He is survived by: his wife Sandy Gardner of Broken Arrow, OK; his son Michael Gardner (Leslie Pickell) of Benton Harbor, MI; his siblings, Caryl Reiter of Waterloo, IA and Ken Gardner of Omaha, NE; his siblings-in-law, Dennis Maxwell (Carolyn) of Yukon, OK, Debbie Bruns (John) of Floyds Knobs, IN and Sherrelle Ballone (Toran) of Tulsa, OK; and the mother of his child Marilyn Gardner of Melbourne, FL. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
