He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam W. Blair and Lucille M. Blair (Kozak); his brother Sam W. Blair, Jr.; and his niece Kelly Blair Adkins. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Dean Brannen; his daughters, Tina Denise (Todd Chambers) and Toni Renae (Larry Martinez); his grandchildren, Christy Marie Shipley, Heather Nicole Goehri and William Benjamin Garrison, Jr.; and his great grandchildren, Ella Grace Riera, Mason Theodore Goehri, Aiden Douglas Garrison, Gracen Andrew Garrison and Scarlett Elizabeth Garrison.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, August 12th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Moore Southlawn (9350 E 51st St, Tulsa, OK 74145). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, August 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Moore's Southlawn Chapel (9350 E 51st St, Tulsa, OK 74145). A burial was held on Wednesday, August 13th 2025 at the Woodland Memorial Park Cemetery (1200 N Cleveland Ave, Sand Springs, OK 74063).
