He was predeceased by: his parents, Zella Mae Hodges Howell and Ferdinand Howell, Jr.. He is survived by: his sister Deborah Catherine Hull of Tulsa; his nephews, Garrett Hull (Monica), David Hull (Hannah), Aiden, Julian and Thomas Hull of Oklahoma City; and also Danny Fleming of Fort Collins, Colorado.. He is also survived by brother, and a fantastic uncle to his nephews.
